  • Keep your furniture clean and dry.
  • All patio furniture will last longer and retain its color best if it's kept under a covered patio/not exposed to direct sunlight.
  • DO NOT leave any type of glass sitting on your table, since these work as a magnifying glass with the sunlight and can cause permanent damage to your furniture. Protecting your furniture with covers when not using it will extend its life span.
  • Store your furniture in a safe dry place during the coldest months; Keep it covered when planning not to use it for extended periods.
  • During the winter, move your fire pit to a warm, dry place away from freezing temperatures and snow. The protective cover will not suffice for extreme weather conditions. If left exposed, the unit can suffer irreparable damages that will not be covered under the warranty.
  •  After usage, wait until the unit gets cold before covering it.
  • When not in use, protect the fire pit with the cover included in the kit, to prevent damage. Make sure to leave an air gap between the cover and the surface of the fire pit, especially if it is going to be stored during long periods of time, to avoid the cover sticking to the surface and stripping it from the paint.
  • When storing the fire pit, avoid stocking items on top of it.
  • Our items are primed and coated after being painted; however, after certain time/type of exposure, depending on your specific conditions, such as length of the exposure, type of weather, strength of the UV light, humidity, among others, the coating runs off, and you should re-coat, based on your needs. Regularly treat your fire pit with a water-based silane/siloxane sealer, to protect it from environmental conditions (such as sun exposure, that may cause discoloration), water damage, mold, and mildew.
  • Avoid spills of foods and liquids, and if they occur, always wipe them up with water and mild soap to keep it from staining, we do not recommend heavy acid cleaners, since these might be too strong for fiber concrete.
  • Never sit or stand on top of your unit.
  • Do not drag the fire pit to change it from place; it must always be lifted, to avoid irreparable damage.
