FREE Warehouse Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order at no charge! Our distribution center is located at 1981 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Our customer pick up area is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. We ask for at least one day's notice before you plan to pick up. This ensures that your items could be pulled from the stock, assembled if needed, inspected, and readied for you.

Our products, with few exceptions, are not boxed or packaged in any way. Please bring blankets, tie downs, bubble wrap or any other packing material you may need. employees are not permitted to load products and/or assist with the loading of products due to safety and liability concerns, so please bring help if you think you may need it.

Local Deliveries

We are able to deliver ourselves locally to most areas in Central and South Florida. Once an order is made, it is placed on a schedule for delivery. Our agents will then give you a call in order to confirm your order details such as the items in the order, the method of delivery and a scheduled day for you.

If you are available, we will confirm the order for delivery. If you are not available for the delivery date, we will then reschedule for a different day in the same week or more likely the upcoming one.

We will not deliver the items without a confirmed delivery date, if we are not able to reach you, we will delay the delivery of the item until we have a confirmation.

This is done for the benefit of both the customer and the company, as it ensures the order is delivered on a specified date instead of being left in the front of the home unattended.

For these Local deliveries, we offer two kinds of services, explained below.

Front Door Delivery

This form of delivery will include a delivery in boxes, items unassembled, to the front of the Home, or inside the Garage. This method of delivery is completely free and is included with all deliveries.

White Glove Service

This form of service includes having all items assembled.Delivered to the backyard, and placed in an area of your choosing. 

For Fire Pits the team will also assemble the Windguard in the unit and assemble with Fire Glass. The delivery team is not required to turn on the unit, connect it to a tank or your home system. Our delivery drivers are only there to deliver the item. For any connections we recommend having a plumber of your choosing take a look at everything. Our drivers will also not be able to take any furniture you currently have in your home.

This delivery service is an extra charge which will be based on the amount of items on the delivery. You will not be able to find an option to add this on our website as it is not an option there, However, you can contact our support agents or our sales representatives who can add this service.

Please note all methods of delivery require a signature, but if for some reason you are not able to be home to sign for the item, note an image of the items i n your home will be taken as a confirmation of delivery.  


Small Packages

Smaller items are shipped without confirmation, they are shipped shortly after the order is received and will go through one of our main carriers, such as USPS, UPS or Fedex. Once the item is shipped you should receive an email confirming this, giving you a tracking number to track your order. If you do not receive this email, feel free to call us and we will be more than happy to update you.

Our small items include but are not limited to, Tank holders, Fire Glass, Natural Gas Kits etc.

Please note these items are shipped with third party companies, so if you experience any delays, we recommend giving a call to the carrier first, who will be able to give you a more accurate update. If you are not able to call them, you can of course reach out to us, and we will contact them on your behalf.


Freight Shipping


Our delivery method for freight orders is curbside, this means the driver cannot  go into your patio or property, he will be leaving the item at the edge of your  driveway. This is due to the fact that the Carrier does not have any liability  insurance, so if anything were to happen to the item or to your property during  delivery, the driver would be personally liable for it.


Once we confirm the order, the warehouse will get it ready for you. Then the  carrier, which is a third party company, will come pick up the items and they  will ship it all the way to the nearest terminal to you in your city.    

Transit time to this terminal is usually 7-16 to 18 business days.    

Once in the terminal, they will give you a call, in order to schedule a  delivery appointment. You are more than welcome to tell them the day and  time you will be available, they will be happy to work with you on that if  possible.


Please note that the carrier may offer a contactless delivery to you, since it  is much easier for them.However, please DO NOT schedule for a  contactless delivery as a delivery without a signature is marked as an  accepted delivery with no damages. By doing this you are assuming the risk of damage on your package without a possibility of picking it up.   


If you would like any other kind of service or upgrade please let us know, as  this will need to be added if available in your area.   


We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible which normally takes  2-3 business days after we receive cleared payment. Delivery takes 10-21 business days to most locations in the US. All our items are shipped after being thoroughly inspected, rest assured your items will arrive without any damages or pieces missing (unless force majeure or accident occurs during delivery).


Please note that we do not ship to APO's, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or  Puerto Rico. Freight Shipping will apply to the lower 48 States. 


All of our orders are transported on either crates or pallets.This is done to  make sure the item arrives safely to you. The weight of the crate can differ  per item, but we highly recommend that you do not attempt to carry the  entire crate inside. We recommend instead, to open the crate and carry just the fire pit to the back which should be much lighter and easier to carry, either between two or more people or by using a dolly.   


The crate itself is disposable, but we recommend keeping it until the item is  fully inspected, since, if a return is necessary, it would have to be created.  Please note some pieces may not be immediately visible. The windguard,  rain cover and Fire Glass come inside the box under the unit. 


It is also important to note, the carrier only delivers during weekdays.  Mon- Fri.


At the time of delivery if you see any visible damage on the package you are more than welcome to refuse it. The carrier will take it back and we will ship you a new order right away or issue a refund. The solution will be completely up to you. If you do not see any damages , We ask you to write  the words “pending inspection" next to your signature. This is in case any of  the items are damaged or missing, it is our way of letting the carrier know  we will be inspecting the item. 

You will have 5 days to fully inspect i t, we ask that within those five days you let us know i f anything is wrong with the order. 

Once again, Do not get rid of any packaging materials until you inspect the entire unit within this time. This is to make sure that if you ever need to return the piece, The carrier requires for the item to be packed similarly to  how i t was received.   

** Note: Even if you are not going to be using the Fire Pit for some time  after delivery, you must inspect it within those 5 days and contact us with  any issues. Due to company policies i t may become increasingly difficult to help the longer any issues are left unnoticed. 


You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped, at no cost;  

however, if you cancel after it ships, restocking and shipping fees may  

apply. Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending  on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last  minute appointments changes CAN occur, and are out of our hands, since  the delivery process is managed by a third party carrier. In all cases if an  appointment is missed the drivers will try to reschedule with you. You  

must be present at your appointment as a signature is required. If you are  not present the carrier will not deliver, and re delivery fees may apply.   


Remote Locations

Customers living in remote or limited access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. The website will not calculate these at the checkout, however we will contact you regarding any extra fees before processing your order.
