FREE Warehouse Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order at no charge! Our distribution center is located at 2900 High Ridge Rd #5, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Our customer pick up area is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. We ask for at least one day's notice before you plan to pickup. This ensures that your items could be pulled from the stock, assembled if needed, inspected, and readied for you. If you are ordering online, the "FREE Warehouse Pickup" option will appear in the shipping portion of your cart.

Our products, with few exceptions, are not boxed or packaged in any way. Please bring blankets, tie downs, bubble wrap or any other packing material you may need. Shop4Patio.com employees are not permitted to load products and/or assist with the loading of products due to safety and liability concerns, so please bring help if you think you may need it.


Local Delivery

Shop4Patio.com offers “Local Delivery” to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties in Florida. Local deliveries are completed by our own professional delivery personnel for a flat fee of $99 per scheduled delivery. Our local deliveries are full service, white glove deliveries. With exceptional care, the items are fully assembled, inspected, and placed where you want it.

If you are ordering online, the "Local Delivery" option will appear in the shipping portion of your cart. 

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible which normally takes 2-3 business days to get items delivered within our “Local Delivery” area.

For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact Customer Care (561) 619-4783.


Freight Shipping

Freight Shipping is used if your order's destination is not within our local delivery area and includes large, bulky or heavy items. These items are transported via third party common freight carriers as a "Freight Curbside Delivery". Please be aware that curbside delivery is NOT an in home delivery. Once shipped, the freight company will contact you directly to arrange final delivery to your home. Upon delivery, the freight company simply unloads your products in front of your home. They are not obligated to bring any items inside or remove empty boxes and packing material. In home delivery and enhanced delivery services are available in most areas for an additional charge. When receiving freight deliveries it is important to inspect your boxes and furniture for damage before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you find any items to be damaged beyond your repair, refuse the damaged piece, make note of it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us. This will allow us to make arrangements for a replacement to be sent right away. If damages are not noted on the delivery receipt, it becomes the customer's responsibility to pay for replacement goods and freight until the damaged piece has been returned to us.

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible which normally takes 2-3 business days after we receive cleared payment. Delivery takes 7-14 business days to most locations in US. All our items are shipped after being thoroughly inspected, rest assured your items will arrive without any damages or pieces missing (unless force majeure or accident occurs during delivery).

Please note that we do not ship to APO's, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Freight Shipping will apply to the lower 48 States.


Remote Locations

Customers living in remote or limited access areas maybe subject to additional shipping charges. The website will not calculate these at the checkout, however we will contact you regarding any extra fees before processing your order.
