Shop4Patio offers FREE “Local Delivery” to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties in Florida. Our local deliveries are full service - White Glove in-home deliveries. With exceptional care, the furniture is fully assembled, inspected, and placed where you want it.
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible which normally takes 1-2 business days to get items delivered within our “Local Delivery” area.
For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact Customer Care (561) 619-4783.
Freight Shipping is used if your order's destination is not within our “Local Delivery” area. These items are transported via third party common freight carriers as a "curbside delivery". Please be aware that curbside delivery is NOT an in home delivery. Once shipped, the freight company will contact you directly to arrange final delivery to your home. Upon delivery, the freight company simply unloads your products in front of your home. They are not obligated to bring any items inside or remove empty boxes and packing material. In home delivery and enhanced delivery services are available in most areas for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information, options and pricing.
When receiving freight deliveries it is important to inspect your boxes and furniture for damage before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you find any items to be damaged beyond your repair, refuse the damaged piece, make note of it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us. This will allow us to make arrangements for a replacement to be sent right away. If damages are not noted on the delivery receipt, it becomes the customer's responsibility to pay for replacement goods and freight until the damaged piece has been returned to us.
